We take pride in producing quality jewelry and non-jewelry items for all budgets and our One of a Kind Wearable Art designer creations are exactly that - genuine "one of a kind" pieces. Our Budget Range of jewelry has a limited run and at best, we may make only a few pieces of a particular range.
My own hand crafted lampwork beads are made from the finest Italian, German, Czech and American glass rods available and I guarantee that they are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln straight from the torch (that means
they are tougher than your average glass bottle) and the holes have been
cleaned ready for stringing.

I take the utmost care whilst making my beads and rely on the glass manufacturer's compatibility reports to be accurate. However, if for any reason, my beads happen to develop problems due to an error in their manufacture - then I will replace them for you. Manufacturing errors include cracking due to glass incompatibility which may not show up for some months. (Some glasses just don't "play nicely" together!) This lifetime guarantee does not include damage to the bead due to wearer negligence or "rough play". The beads are still glass and need to be treated with respect...so no slamming them in car doors or dropping them on tiles etc! Any problems, please Contact Us!
This warranty also does not extend to beads that I did not manufacture myself - such as commercially purchased beads used in the production of our jewelry. I have no control over how these beads were made so please understand that I cannot offer the same lifetime guarantee for them.
